The 2021 FILCON Board of Governors observed the 123 Philippine Independence in a live virtual streaming of the Flag Raising held on June 12, 2021. After being locked in at homes for over a year, the board members of FILCON found it exhilarating to breath in and out and expressed its mission in the most amazing way. A very emotional tribute to the heroes and veterans of Philippine Independence was the heart of this year’s celebration of the event.
